Pentelic (Greek) marble image of Apollo found in 1977 at Vicarello, near Lake Bracciano, Italy. The statue decorated a Roman bath complex at he springs of Aquae Apollinare Novae. The original full-length nude statue of Apollo is estimated to have stood over 2 m tall.

The Temple of Apollo Sosianus is a Roman temple dedicated to Apollo in the Campus Martius, next to the Theatre of Marcellus and the Porticus Octaviae. Its present name derives from that of its final rebuilder, Gaius Sosius.
